Q: What size should I get?
A: The clothes run true to size. Check out the size chart for more information.
Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. We do not do returns nor exchanges. Check out our Refund policy.
Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders.
Q: I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.
A: Email us and we will take care of you right away.
Q: Are your goods first quality?
A: All products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of major defects. If an item on sale is defective we will include it in the description.
Q: How long will it take me to get my order?
A: Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Notifications will be sent to you as well as shipping information by email or phone.
Q: Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
A: shipping... yes , but we can’t accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
Q: Do you accept back orders?
A: We do not accept orders for inventory we do not have, so we do not accept back orders.
Q: What if I order something and it is out of stock?
A: We will remove the out of stock items from your order ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Q: Is there a minimum order size?
A: We do not have a minimum order size.
